Discrimination complaint
on Friday I was walked out of class by Michael unsure of last name he is new to Randstad as team lead for 281 Marriott assignment. I was told I called Erica Gonzales a *** under my breath.
A investigation was supposed to be conducted. I did not call Erica a *** she has never disrespected me so I have no reason to disrespect her. The investigation was not a accurate or real investigation due to many people in the class whom were around or actually focused on the events were not spoken with. So to be accurate a proper investigation was not conducted.
In this matter I am now more concerned that this is bigger than just a made up story and mishandle investigation.
There seems to be a bigger issue. I am now feeling discriminated against and lied upon. I have had no reason to be released. No written documentation of any sort; behavior nor attendance.
I have no written incidents.
No issues at all other than the schedule was hard to maintain and even I have found ways to get around that with no serious attendance issues. I feel as though they allowed a new person Michael whom apparently has discrimination issues just lead this into something more than facts.

Awful communication by management
The lack of communication with this communication is ridiculous and SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I got an email pretty much immediately after applying, set up an “interview”, went to the “interview” and did nothing but fill out paperwork, take a test on the computer (which I passed), and complete a finger print test.
I received an email a week later saying I passed my finger print test and to call this job hotline number every day to listen for a statement announcing when my official start date will be. I’ve been doing that for almost a month now (I was told contract employees would start either at the end of March or beginning of April. I have heard “data entry” mentioned, but no start date. I reached out via email to a recruiter for some clarification THREE times and got no response.
I left a voicemail to one of their ten automated answering machines and got NO response. While calling the job hotline this week, it was mentioned to contact two specific people via email if you have not yet received your schedule— I emailed three different people and no one responded. I found another number to call for “employee” verification in which I left all my information on an answering machine and STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK.
Do I work here? Will I ever start this contract job?

I've heard of a lot of bad behavior from staffing agencies, but this really takes the cake. Be sure to post this experience on Glassdoor and yelp and google reviews.
