Randstad USA - Sending to nonexistent client location
We have all, on occasion, been give the incorrect appointment information by a Recruiter. That being said, I think I have one for the books.
With several days notice, a New England area Ranstad office had secured a position interview for me with a client, that looked like a good match on paper. The Recruiter emails me the appointment time, client name, and location details. All stuff that is secured from the clien,t and made certain is up-to-date. I go for the appointed interview, several days later, and find that the client doesn't exist at the given address!!
It is one thing to get the appointment time off by an hour, the wrong interviewer, or maybe the street address off by a digit or two, but to find out the target client just doesn't exist at a given address is really too much to comprehend!!
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts
