Every job randstad put me in was a minimum wage job with no retainability. The turn over rate at every single job i worked at theough randstad was upwards of 90% or higher, i would meet new people on monday, and they've quit before friday.

Their jobs are purely a numbers game.

If you want a real job, avoid randstad at all costs. If you want to switch jobs constantly because management doesnt give a damn, and you dont mind making minimum wage, being micro managed, and inside buildings with no a/c when its over 100 inside, then randstad is the place for you.

You told us nothing about the nature of the business, its primary product, location, number of permanent employees, etc. If you're posting about a temporary service, remember that word "temporary". Our manufacturing business has engaged temp services in the past - none of the men had much education but lots of attitude - the only one we considered hiring due to his fair abilities left after 2 weeks because "we ain't hired him in" after a mere 10 days of work and knowing nothing more about him - no resume, background check, etc.
